We are an online home decor store where our customers can explore a wide range of thoughtfully curated products from some of the best, innovative, and very driven brands.


  1. Does IKIRU manufacture the products shown?

No, we do not manufacture any of the products listed on our website, We are processing on the "drop-shipping model" where we work as a platform between the brand and the customers.


  1. What parameters does IKIRU look for before suggesting anything?

We make sure that our products make an impact on our customer's lifestyle and therefore we make sure the product fits in the below-mentioned parameters:

Quality, durability, aesthetics, minimal, smart, and multifunctional.


  1. What if there is a defect in my order?

In case of a defect, your order is eligible for replacement or refund. Please email us at within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • An image of the defective product.

  1. How long does it take for delivery and shipping?

The order will be delivered to you within 5-10 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 12 hours of receiving an intimation from Ikiru about your order, you can only cancel the order if it has been placed inadvertently. please refer Shipping and Return.


  1. Do you have cash on delivery?

We give the option of Cash on Delivery on selected products. Additional charges for Cash on delivery order, Rs 200.


  1. How can I track my order?

You can track your order on our courier partner's website with the AWB number provided to you via SMS/email, once your order is shipped.
