No, we do not manufacture any of the products listed on our website, We are processing on the "drop-shipping model" where we work as a platform between the brand and the customers.
3. What parameters does IKIRU look for before suggesting anything?

4. How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our courier partner's website with the AWB number provided to you via SMS/email/Whatsapp, once your order is shipped.
5. How long does it take for delivery and shipping?
The order will be delivered to you within 5-10 working days after dispatch from Vendor.
6. What if there is a defect in my order?

7. Can I cancel my order?

10. Do you have cash on delivery?
We give the option of Cash on Delivery for products value upto Rs 2000. Additional charges for Cash on delivery order, Rs 80.
