Warranty & Cancellation

In keeping with Ikiru’s goal of ensuring User satisfaction, this Warranty & Cancellation Policy sets out procedures and policies in accepting:

Warranty

Ikiru does not provide its own warranty for products. Warranty coverage is determined by the vendor or manufacturer and may vary according to their specific terms and conditions.

  1. Warranty Period: The Warranty under this Policy begins on the date the product is delivered to you. The specific Warranty duration for each product will be stated on the product detail page, along with a full description of the product.

    This Warranty is non-transferable, and to qualify for coverage, you must provide a valid invoice for the Product when requested by us or our representatives.

  2. Ikiru Responsibilities: During the Warranty Period and in accordance with the conditions specified on the respective product details page, Ikiru may, at its discretion, either (a) repair the damaged Product or (b) replace it with a new one.

    This Warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by improper maintenance, mishandling, overloading, or negligence in usage. It also excludes wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product, as well as any variations arising from the natural characteristics of the materials used.


Cancellation

  1. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order on the website. Send an email to care@ikiru.in to cancel your order, the mail must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a reason for cancellation

Once the cancellation request is received and processed by us, the order will be canceled and the refund will be credited to your original payment mode within 7-10 business days.

Shipping

We understand that receiving your order in a timely and hassle-free manner is important to you.  We have designed our shipping policy to ensure a seamless delivery experience. Dispatch details of the products will vary from product to product and depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-8 workings days after it has been dispatched from the vendor. For better understanding dispatch details are mentioned on product pages

  • Ikiru provides free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped.
  • The delivery partner will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery

We give the option of Cash on Delivery on orders with an order value of Rs.2000 or lesser. Rs.80 will be additional charges in case of Cash on delivery orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name will be sent to you via text message/email/Whatsapp. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery.
