Can I Cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order on the website. Send an email to to cancel your order, the mail must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a reason for cancellation.

Once the cancellation request is received and processed by us, the order will be canceled and the refund will be credited to your original payment mode within 7-10 business days.

What Can I Return And When?

We have a 2 days return policy, where you can return the purchased item within 2 days of receiving it for any reason(If they are eligible for return), only if the product is in the original condition along with the tags and packaging. We offer an “easy return policy”, we accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any return request sent 48 hours after the delivery.

    Once your return request is reviewed and approved by Ikiru, you need to pack the product in its original packaging and stick a return slip on it (Provided by Ikiru).

    The following are the conditions for all returns:

    1. Furniture, customised products and terracotta items are not eligible for a return.

    2. Please note that the shipping charges for the return would be paid by the buyer. Ensure the product is in its original condition and packed well.

    3. If the seller does not receive the product in its original condition, the loss of value would be paid by the buyer.
      If the buyer fails to return the package in 2 attempts of pickup from our delivery partner, the return will be canceled.
      Ensure to provide the photos of the product and packaging to Ikiru via email or WhatsApp before handing it over to the delivery service.

    4. Shipping charges on return - below 3kgs - Rs.150, above 3kgs - Rs.300.
      Once the package is received and approved by the seller, a refund equal to the product value minus shipping charges will be initiated.
      Please note that the COD Convenience Fee is non-refundable.

    5. The refund would only be initiated if the seller received the product in its original condition, otherwise, the refund would be canceled.

    6. Your refund will be processed in 3-5 business days.

    7. For Prepaid orders the refund can be processed through the source. In case of COD orders, the following details would be required for bank transfer:
    • Bank Account Number
    • IFSC Code
    • Account Holder's Name
    • Bank Branch
    • Bank Name

    Damaged Goods:

    Your purchase is eligible for replacement If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage, or you have received a completely different product altogether.

    All our products are handmade by experienced artisans and trusted brands, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to human involvement in the process, a slight variation in color tone, shape, or size may occur between products.

    Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide a resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided or if there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the recipient refuses the package.

    You can initiate a return request for a damaged product by sending an email to with the below-mentioned details:

    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Image of the defective product.

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of the delivery.


    • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-8 working days after it has been dispatched from the vendor.
    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
    • The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped.
    • The delivery partner will make 3 attempts to deliver, and delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.

    What about Cash on Delivery?

    We give the option of Cash on Delivery on orders with an order value of Rs.1999 or lesser. Rs 200 will be additional charges in case of Cash on delivery orders.


    Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name will be sent to you via text message/email/Whatsapp. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery.
